I'd like to introduce myself and my company, Jennifer Hooper, Broker/Owner of Howard-James Properties. I established my company in 2010 and have been thriving ever since.

I started my career as a Buyer's Agent in 2006 and I specialized in working with first time home buyers. It was a strong buyers' market at the time and lasted several years which helped me gain the momentum, experience and knowledge I needed to become my own Broker.

After a decade of being in the Industry, I have ridden the waves of the Real Estate Market and all its joy it has to bring.

I have a strong background with pre-foreclosures, short sales, auctions, off market properties, owner finance and much more. I love what I do, I care about the people I represent and will always find Real Estate fascinating.

I say fascinating, because our market is constantly changing. You have to keep up with the industry news, changes on what the market is doing; new trends... So, I can better serve you.
